The invention provides a storage well lid plate hoisting system and a hoisting method thereof, and the system comprises a relay control switch which is connected with a switch valve used for starting and stopping a hydraulic device and an electromagnetic control switch used for starting and stopping an electromagnetic device; a supporting rod is arranged in the hydraulic device, and a retractable supporting plate is arranged at the bottom of the supporting rod; after the switch valve is started, the hydraulic device downwards extends out of the supporting rod so that the hydraulic device can be inserted into a hoisting hole for storing an upper cover plate embedded part of a well cover plate. When the supporting rod penetrates through the hoisting hole by a preset distance, the supporting plate is opened outwards so as to support the bottom of the cover plate embedded part; the electromagnetic device is used for adsorbing a cover plate embedded part after the electromagnetic control switch is started; the electromagnetic device is accommodated in the electromagnetic disc; the hydraulic device is arranged at the top of the electromagnetic disc, and a through hole for the supporting rod to stretch out and draw back is formed in the center of the electromagnetic disc. The invention has the advantages of remote control, simple operation, safety and stability.
