The preparation method of the premix comprises the following steps: step 1, sequentially adding sulfate-resistant cement, machine-made sand, broken stones, ground mineral powder, a composite expanding agent, a nano anti-permeability agent, fibers, latex powder, a water reducing agent and an anti-dispersing agent into a zero-gravity mixer in proportion; 2, after all the raw materials are added, continuously stirring for 3-5 minutes to prepare a concrete premix; and 3, stirring the concrete premix and water at the construction site according to a ratio of 100: 13. The beneficial effects of the invention are that: the cement mortar has high bonding degree with concrete, good anti-seepage pressure, large compressive strength, excellent breaking strength, good corrosion resistance, low industrial cost and long service life.
