The environment-friendly asphalt concrete formula comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15% of cement, 10% of gravel, 5% of resin particles, 15% of filler, 2% of epoxy resin adhesive, 8% of modified asphalt, 12% of recycled asphalt mixture, 13% of water and 20% of recycled aggregate. The recycled asphalt concrete is prepared by matching the recycled aggregate with the cement, the asphalt and other materials, has the green and environment-friendly effects, is long in service life, reasonable in component configuration of the asphalt and the concrete, low in production cost and good in economic benefit, and meanwhile, the structural strength of the concrete is greatly improved due to the filler, the resin particles, the epoxy resin adhesive and the recycled asphalt mixture in the concrete; meanwhile, the shrinkage of the concrete is reduced by utilizing the ductility of the resin particles, the cohesiveness of the concrete is improved by the epoxy resin adhesive, and the cost is effectively saved by utilizing the recycled asphalt mixture.
