The invention relates to the technical field of domestic ceramic antibiosis, in particular to an antibacterial ceramic and an antibacterial property strengthening preparation method thereof. Adding an antibacterial agent into the ball-milled glaze according to a proportion of 1-10wt% in an external doping manner, uniformly mixing, and sieving, so as to obtain an antibacterial glaze; the method comprises the following steps: glazing a dried or bisque-fired green body, drying, firing in a kiln, and soaking in an acid solution, an alkaline solution and clear water in sequence. On one hand, the acid-base solution treatment is added, so that the antibacterial effect can be fully exerted under the conditions of lower silver content and poor antibacterial effect, the antibacterial property of the ceramic is enhanced and improved, and the production cost is greatly reduced; and on the other hand, ZnO is added into the antibacterial agent, so that the antibacterial agent still has excellent antibacterial performance while the usage amount of silver is reduced, and the problem of poor yellowing of the ceramic surface caused by the antibacterial agent is solved. According to the antibacterial glaze product prepared by the method, the cost can be greatly reduced, the process is simple and easy to operate, and industrial production can be facilitated.
本发明涉及日用陶瓷抗菌技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌陶瓷及其抗菌性能强化制备方法。通过将抗菌剂按1‑10wt%比例以外掺方式加入球磨好的釉料中混合均匀并过筛,得到抗菌釉料;将干燥或素烧后的坯体,进行施釉,干燥后放入窑内烧制,然后依次放入酸性溶液、碱性溶液、清水中浸泡。本发明一方面通过增加酸碱溶液处理,可以在银含量较低、抗菌效果不佳的情况下充分发挥抗菌效果,强化提高陶瓷的抗菌性能,大幅减少生产成本;另一方面通过在抗菌剂中添加ZnO,使得减少银的使用量的同时依然具有优异的抗菌性能,并且改善陶瓷表面因抗菌剂导致的发黄色差问题。通过本发明制备的抗菌釉料制品,可大幅减少成本,且工艺简单,易操作,可方便工业化生产。
