Bridge deck integrated pavement construction method of large-span steel bridge based on UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)
The invention provides a bridge deck integrated pavement construction method of a large-span steel bridge based on UHPC. The bridge deck integrated pavement construction method comprises the following processes of bridge deck cleaning, bridge deck stud welding, reinforcing mesh laying, UHPC layer construction, UHPC layer surface roughening treatment, epoxy bonding layer construction and asphalt surface layer construction. The production line construction mode is adopted, and the UHPC full-automatic material distributing machine, the leveling machine and the film covering and maintaining all-in-one machine are used, so that the UHPC construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and a foundation is laid for early work handover of a project. According to the shear connection effect of the steel bars and the studs, the UHPC layer of the densely-distributed bars and the orthotropic steel bridge deck are cooperatively stressed, the fatigue stress amplitude of the steel structure can be effectively reduced, and therefore the probability of pavement layer damage and fatigue cracking of the steel structure part is greatly reduced. According to the bridge deck integrated pavement construction technology, a new choice and engineering practical experience are provided for design and construction of a large steel bridge.
本发明提供了一种基于UHPC的大跨径钢桥的桥面一体化铺装施工方法,包括以下流程:桥面清理→桥面栓钉焊接→钢筋网敷设→UHPC层施工→UHPC层表面糙化处理→环氧粘结层施工→沥青面层施工。本发明采用流水线施工模式,UHPC全自动布料机、整平机、覆膜及养护一体机的使用,更是大大提高了UHPC的施工效率,节约了施工工期,为工程提前交工奠定了基础。本发明的钢筋与栓钉的剪力连接作用,密配筋的UHPC层与正交异性钢桥面板协同受力,可有效降低了钢结构疲劳应力幅,从而大大降低了铺装层破损和钢结构部分出现疲劳开裂的概率。本发明的桥面一体化铺装施工技术,为大型钢桥设计、施工提供了新的选择和工程实践经验。
