Deep water sinking and anchoring construction method for super-long large-diameter steel casing
The invention discloses an ultra-long large-diameter steel casing deepwater sinking and anchoring construction method which comprises the steps that a drilling platform is erected, an anchoring position is preset, and a closed steel casing is temporarily fixed to the drilling platform; a steel plate at the top of the steel casing is cut off, top sealing of the steel casing is relieved, a water pump is placed, the steel casing is lengthened to the designed length, and a plurality of jacks are arranged below the welding I-shaped steel and supported under brackets to share the gravity of the steel casing; temporary fixation is relieved, the water amount in the steel casing is controlled through a water pump to enable the steel casing to maintain a vertical floating state, water injection continues, the supporting force of the jack is gradually reduced till unloading is conducted, and the steel casing is vertically balanced; when the steel casing sinks to a designated position, a water pump is used for pumping water, so that the steel casing is kept in a vertical floating state, a bottom plate of the steel casing is cut off, concrete is poured from the top of the steel casing to an anchoring position, the jack is gradually unloaded and withdrawn, and the steel casing naturally sinks to the anchoring position for anchoring; the integral sinking of the steel casing is convenient and fast, safe, environment-friendly, high-quality and efficient, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is saved.
本发明公开了一种超长大直径钢护筒深水沉放锚固施工方法,包括:架设钻孔平台,预设锚固位,将密闭的钢护筒临时固定至所述钻孔平台;切除钢护筒顶部钢板,解除钢护筒顶部封闭,放置水泵,并接长钢护筒至设计长度,焊接工字钢下方设置多个千斤顶支撑在牛腿下分担钢护筒重力;解除临时固定,通过水泵控制钢护筒内水量使钢护筒维持竖直漂浮状态,继续注水逐渐减小千斤顶支撑力直至卸载且钢护筒竖直平衡;待下沉至指定位置时,使用水泵抽水,使钢护筒维持竖直漂浮状态,切除钢护筒底板,从护筒顶向锚固位浇筑混凝土,千斤顶逐步卸载并撤出,钢护筒自然下沉至锚固位锚固;本发明使得钢护筒整体下沉方便快捷,安全环保、高质高效,节省工期,节约成本。
