The invention relates to the technical field of slope protection, in particular to a repairing structure and method for sliding deformation of a slope body in front of an embedded anti-slide pile. The repairing structure comprises a side slope and an anti-slide pile. An intercepting ditch is formed in the top of the side slope and located above the slide-resistant piles; a platform structure is arranged in front of the slide-resistant pile along the slope surface direction of the side slope; a water guide ditch is formed in the surface of the platform structure; a side ditch is formed in the slope toe of the side slope; a crushing platform is arranged between the side ditch and the side slope; and an assembly type supporting and blocking structure used for supporting and blocking the slope is arranged on the crushing and falling platform. The repairing method comprises the following steps that an intercepting ditch is transversely formed in the slope surface of the side slope at the top position of the slide-resistant pile; a platform structure is arranged in front of the slide-resistant pile, and a water guide ditch is transversely formed in the surface of the platform structure; a side ditch is formed in the slope toe of the side slope; a crushing and falling platform is arranged between a side ditch and a side slope, and an assembly type supporting and retaining structure is arranged on the crushing and falling platform.
