The floor slab comprises a flexible bottom plate, a prefabricated laminated slab and a cast-in-place surface layer, the flexible bottom plate comprises a flat plate and an annular vertical plate, the flat plate is located in the beam-column joint area, the annular vertical plate is arranged on the upper surface of the flat plate, and the annular vertical plate is arranged at the edge position of the frame column; holes are reserved in the positions, on the sides of the frame columns, of the prefabricated laminated plates, the prefabricated laminated plates and the flexible bottom plate can be combined to form a closed bottom plane, and the cast-in-place surface layers are poured on the upper surfaces of the flexible bottom plate and the prefabricated laminated plates; the annular vertical plate is arranged at the position, close to the column edge, of the flexible bottom plate, and extrusion and collision of the cast-in-place surface layer and the frame column in the stress process are avoided.
