The invention discloses a bolt-free tandem type double-yield-point buckling restrained brace which comprises a core plate (1), the core plate (1) comprises n yield sections and n + 1 connecting sections, the yield sections and the connecting sections are arranged in series at intervals, and n is a positive integer; the number of the restraining components (4) is two, the restraining components (4) are arranged on the two sides, with the maximum surface area, of the core plate (1) respectively, and the length of the restraining components (4) is smaller than that of the core plate (1); the limiting bulge is arranged in the width extension direction of the connecting section; and the limiting plates are divided into two groups, the two limiting plates in each group are arranged on the two sides, in the yield direction of the core plate (1), of the limiting protrusions respectively, and the two ends of each limiting plate are fixedly connected with the two restraining components (4) respectively. Through creative design, the limiting plate can achieve two functions at the same time, and the product performance is improved while the production difficulty is greatly reduced.
