The high-performance glass fiber heat insulation plate comprises a glass magnesium paper layer, a heat preservation layer, a glass fiber layer, a base plate, a buffer layer and a heat insulation layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the base plate comprises a base plate body, sound insulation layers are arranged on the two sides of the base plate body, and supporting tips are evenly arranged on the sides, away from the base plate body, of the sound insulation layers; a hollow cavity is formed between the supporting tips; the supporting tips are arranged on the surfaces of the sound insulation layers, when the glass fiber layers and the buffer layers are arranged on the two sides of the base plate, the supporting tips on the surfaces of the upper sound insulation layers make contact with the glass fiber layers, the supporting tips on the surfaces of the lower sound insulation layers make contact with the buffer layers, and the hollow cavities are formed between the supporting tips and the glass fiber layers and between the supporting tips and the buffer layers. Therefore, the sound absorption surface area of the sound insulation layer can be increased, and the sound insulation effect of the glass fiber board is improved.
本发明公开了一种高性能玻璃纤维隔热板,包括自上而下依次设置的玻镁纸层、保温层、玻璃纤维层、基板、缓冲层和隔热层,所述基板包括基板本体,所述基板本体两侧均设有隔音层,所述隔音层远离所述基板本体的一侧均匀设有支撑尖端,所述支撑尖端之间形成有中空腔;本发明通过在隔音层表面设置支撑尖端,在将玻璃纤维层和缓冲层设置在基板两侧时,上方隔音层表面的支撑尖端与玻璃纤维层接触,下方隔音层表面的支撑尖端与缓冲层接触,且支撑尖端与玻璃纤维层、缓冲层之间均形成有中空腔,这样能够增加隔音层的吸音表面积,提高了玻璃纤维板的隔音效果。
