The invention discloses an inner-jacking and outer-climbing type formwork construction platform for super high-rise building construction, which comprises a support column, a crawling ladder, a guardrail for high-altitude operation safety protection and a fixed base mounted at the lower end of the guardrail, and is characterized in that a plurality of groups of movable bases which are arranged in parallel and independently move are mounted on the fixed base from left to right; and a lifting buffer structure used for placing large equipment and construction materials during high-altitude operation is mounted between the movable base and the fixed base. According to the super-high-altitude construction platform, through the internally-installed fixing and limiting mechanism, when super-high-altitude construction is conducted, the influence of a series of severe construction environments such as too large wind power is avoided, various devices, materials and tools which are movably placed on the construction platform originally are locked and limited, and the devices, the materials and the tools are fixed to the construction platform; meanwhile, when the anti-falling device is fixed to the platform, the total weight of the platform is increased, and the whole construction platform is more stable in use.
