本发明是一种超大斜面碎石边坡的格构梁、格构柱的模板支设方法;包括选用3mm厚钢板,标准长度为2m制作U型钢顶模,钢板的弯折宽度为梁柱截面尺寸+13.6mm,钢板两侧的侧边进行折边50mm;U型钢顶模的中间位置设置梁宽*400mm的浇筑孔,浇筑孔的两侧焊接Ф16螺孔,螺孔底部与钢板齐平,每个浇筑孔设置三排螺孔;将U型钢顶模扣放在梁柱的顶面,侧面300mm处设置一道紧固件步步紧,与梁柱侧板背带木方连接加固,每隔600mm设置Ф20土锚杆与坡面连;步骤5、浇筑孔加固采用螺栓加固。使用本发明所提出的U型钢顶模施工方式,能够在保证模板施工质量的同时,提高模板施工的效率。
