The device has the advantages that the device can be conveniently moved through the wheels, stable fixing work of the device is achieved through the negative pressure suction cups arranged at the bottoms of the supporting blocks in the normal fixing state, and when the fixing state is not stable, the multiple pricking cones are pricked into the asphalt pavement through magnetic repulsive force to improve the stability; and after the operation is finished, the sunken part generated after the stabbing of the stabbing awl is filled, so that the normal use of the pavement is prevented from being influenced.
