The invention discloses a composition with fireproof, explosion-proof and heat-insulating functions and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of kaolin; 1-2 parts of glass fiber; 7-10 parts of quartz sand; 7-10 parts of organic silica gel; 3-5 parts of inorganic silica gel; 1 to 2 parts of dimethyl tert-butyl peroxyhexane; 3-5 parts of platinum; 20 to 40 parts of aluminum hydroxide; 1-5 parts of magnesium hydroxide; 1-2 parts of marble powder; 3-5 parts of carbon soot powder; 2-4 parts of glue; 1-2 parts of a zinc stearate solvent; 1-2 parts of a leveling agent; 1-2 parts of ethylene silicone oil; 0.05 to 0.1 part of an azodiisobutyronitrile foaming agent; and 0.05 to 0.1 part of a polyether modified polysiloxane defoaming agent. Platinum is used as one of key raw materials of the composition, so that the composition has better explosion-proof and heat-insulating functions besides a fireproof function, and can be used as a fireproof building material or applied to other scenes with fireproof and heat-insulating requirements.
