Construction method of large-span tied-arch bridge
The invention discloses a construction method of a large-span tied-arch bridge. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, arch rib sections, arch foot bases, arch rib supports and steel beam sections are machined in a factory; secondly, after the foundation is constructed, arch foot bases on the two sides are installed; thirdly, two supporting pier columns are symmetrically constructed between the arch foot bases on the two sides below the bridge; fourthly, steel beam sections are assembled and constructed on the two supporting pier columns and the pair of arch foot bases to form a steel beam; fifthly, arch rib supports are installed on the constructed steel beams, the arch rib supports are sequentially assembled and closed to complete installation of arch rib sections, and arch ribs are formed; and sixthly, tie bars are installed between the arch ribs and the steel beams, and construction of the whole tied-arch bridge is completed. According to the method, rapid assembly type construction is carried out, rapid erection of the tied-arch bridge is achieved, meanwhile, auxiliary erection is carried out through the barge arranged below the bridge, bridge construction can be achieved without adopting more temporary buttresses and more supports, and normal navigation below the bridge is not affected.
本发明公开了一种大跨度系杆拱桥的施工方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、在工厂加工拱肋节段、拱脚座、拱肋支架、钢梁节段;步骤二、施工基础后,安装两侧拱脚座;步骤三、在桥下的两侧拱脚座之间对称施工两个支撑墩柱;步骤四、在两个支撑墩柱以及一对拱脚座上装配施工钢梁节段形成为钢梁;步骤五、在施工完成的钢梁上安装拱肋支架,通过拱肋支架依次装配合龙完成拱肋节段的安装,形成拱肋;步骤六、在拱肋及钢梁之间安装系杆,完成整个系杆拱桥的施工。本发明进行快速装配式施工,实现系杆拱桥的快速架设,同时通过桥下设置的驳船进行辅助架设,不采用较多的临时支墩及较多的支架即可实现桥梁施工,不影响桥下的正常通航。
