The invention discloses a construction process of a bridge underwater cast-in-situ bored pile, relates to the field of bridge pile foundation manufacturing, and aims to solve the problem that a pile foundation below the riverway water level is easy to damage. The technical scheme is characterized in that a steel sleeve is manufactured, the steel sleeve comprises a main body section and a steel ladle ring, and the steel ladle ring is located on the inner side of the lower portion of the main body section; the inner diameter of the steel ladle ring is consistent with the inner diameter of the main body section, the steel ladle ring can be separated from the main body section, and a guide rail assembly is arranged between the steel ladle ring and the main body section and used for limiting separation of the steel ladle ring; drilling a hole site; hoisting the steel sleeve; drilling to form a hole; lowering a reinforcement cage; pouring concrete; and the upper end of the steel sleeve is grabbed through mechanical equipment, the steel sleeve rotates along the guide rail assembly and is upwards hoisted out of the main body section, and the steel ladle ring is left at the bottom of the cast-in-place pile under the action of concrete to form a pile foundation enclosure. According to the construction technology, the steel ladle ring can be arranged around the pile foundation to protect the pile foundation.
