An integral steel pipe concrete structure is formed by arranging a steel pipe column and pouring concrete into the steel pipe column, so that the stress performance of the steel pipe concrete column structure and the supporting effect on a supporting beam are enhanced, a steel sleeve and a first stud are arranged at the arrangement position of the supporting beam, the first stud is fixedly connected with a steel bar of the supporting beam, and the supporting beam is formed through pouring; and the first stud and the steel sleeve are fixedly buried in the supporting beam and are connected with the supporting beam into a whole, so that the stress performance of the joint of the concrete filled steel tubular column structure and the supporting beam is enhanced.
