The invention discloses an adjustable steel structure foundation for mounting a container house and a preparation method of the adjustable steel structure foundation. The adjustable steel structure foundation mainly comprises a foundation top plate, an internal foundation steel structure, an external foundation steel structure and a foundation base, wherein the foundation top plate and the foundation base are made of steel plates, the middle inner and outer steel mechanism is made of angle steel, a row of holes are formed in the angle steel, M18 bolts are inserted into the holes to adjust the relative height of the inner and outer steel foundations, and finally the purpose of adjusting the bottom elevation of the container house is achieved. The container house foundation is simple in manufacturing process, convenient to construct and operate, capable of being used in a turnover mode and used for the ground with the height difference and container house foundations frequently needing to be moved.
