The roadbed dewatering and drainage technology comprises the following steps that longitudinal drainage ditches are dug in the two sides of a roadbed, a plurality of transverse drainage ditches are dug between the two longitudinal drainage ditches, the two ends of each transverse drainage ditch communicate with the longitudinal drainage ditches, and the transverse drainage ditches are arranged at equal intervals in the length direction of the longitudinal drainage ditches; an impermeable layer is buried at the bottom of the transverse drainage ditch, and the transverse drainage ditch is filled with an inverted filter layer. By the adoption of the technical scheme, water in roadbed soil is drained through the transverse drainage ditches and the transverse drainage ditches at the same time, and meanwhile the probability that rainwater permeates into the soil is reduced. Therefore, the water content of soil at the position of the roadbed is reduced, and roadbed dewatering is better carried out. Meanwhile, after the construction of the roadbed is completed, the transverse drainage ditches and the longitudinal drainage ditches can continuously drain rainwater or accumulated water on the road surface or water contained in soil, so that the stability of the roadbed is better maintained.
