A fuel oil system of the power system is divided into an engine fuel oil system, a radiator fuel oil system and a fuel oil tank fuel oil system according to three assembly modules, and the three fuel oil systems are connected through a quick change device. According to the modularized power system, modularization of the power system is achieved, all the modules are reasonably arranged and can be rapidly assembled and disassembled, and the disaster relief task requirement of rescue machinery is met. The invention further provides a rescue machine.
