The invention provides a ceramic cooker and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic cooker comprises a ceramic substrate; the aluminum layer is arranged on at least part of the inner surface of the ceramic base body, and the thickness of the aluminum layer ranges from 20 micrometers to 100 micrometers; and the composite layer covers the aluminum layer on the ceramic substrate, and the composite layer comprises a refractory material and a cosolvent. The ceramic cooker according to the conception of the invention has good magnetic conductivity, excellent shock resistance and long service life.
