The vacuum suction cup system comprises a suction cup, the suction cup is connected with a rotary support, the rotary support is installed on a quick change device at the front end of an extension jib, and the rotary support comprises a rotary motor which drives the suction cup to rotate left and right so as to adjust the installation angle of a target object; the suction cup is connected with a water separator liquid storage tank through a vacuum pipe, and the water separator liquid storage tank is used for storing water pumped out of a suction cup cavity, so that vacuum is formed between the suction cup and a target object; a tracking monitoring system used for monitoring related working condition information of the suction cup is installed on the extension arm, and when the vacuum degree of the sealing cavity reaches a preset value, the extension arm drives the suction cup to execute lifting operation according to the working condition information fed back by the tracking monitoring system. The vacuum chuck system provided by the invention can basically replace manual operation, is suitable for operation in harsh environments such as underwater environments, reduces the manpower demand and unsafe factors of a construction site, and can improve the construction efficiency and quality.
本发明公开了一种真空吸盘系统及挖掘机,所述系统包括吸盘,吸盘连接旋转支架,旋转支架安装在加长臂前端的快换装置上,旋转支架包括回转马达,带动吸盘左右旋转以调整目标物的安装角度;吸盘通过真空管连接水分离器储液罐,水分离器储液罐用于储存从吸盘腔体中抽出的水分,使吸盘与目标物之间形成真空;加长臂上安装有用于监测所述吸盘的相关工况信息的追踪监测系统,当所述密封腔的真空度达到预设值时,所述加长臂根据所述追踪监测系统反馈的工况信息驱动所述吸盘执行起吊作业。本发明提供的真空吸盘系统基本能够取代人工作业,适用于水下等恶劣环境作业,减少了施工现场的人力需求及不安全因素,且能够提高施工效率及质量。
