The water stop belt is arranged between the two expansion joints; the supporting column is clamped between the two expansion joint structures and located above the water stop belt; the two air bags are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the two sides of the top of the supporting column respectively, any air bag is of an arc-shaped structure matched with the outline of the top of the supporting column, and the air bags are clamped between the top of the supporting column and the tops of the adjacent expansion joint structures. By arranging the supporting columns and the air bags, the area between the expansion joint and the expansion joint structure can be filled and supported all the time, the firmness of the construction device is improved, normal expansion and contraction of a beam body under the heavy load or weather environment are guaranteed, and then the safety and durability of a bridge are guaranteed.
