The invention discloses a preparation method of a self-reinforced frictional resistance implant pile and the implant pile manufactured by the preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following operation steps: drilling a pile hole; concrete with an expanding agent is injected into the pile hole; the bottom of the prefabricated pile body is sealed and implanted into the pile hole; filling slurry is injected into the prefabricated pile body; and the concrete and the filling slurry are cured till solidification is achieved, and the self-reinforcing frictional resistance implanted pile is obtained. After being manufactured, the embedded pile can automatically and slowly expand to extrude surrounding soil, the strength of the surrounding soil and the side resistance of the pile body are improved, and therefore the stability of the whole pile body and a foundation is improved.
