The invention discloses a strong karst deep and large cavity pile foundation construction device which comprises a positioning base placed on the peripheral side of a drilled hole, a circular through groove is formed in the center of the base, and the circle center of the circular through groove is aligned with the circle center of the drilled hole under the positioning effect of the positioning base; the clamping assembly is installed on the portion, on the peripheral side of the circular through groove, of the base, and the steel protection pipe placed in the circular through groove is guided and limited under the clamping effect of the clamping assembly; wherein the clamping assembly comprises an axial limiting assembly and a linkage limiting assembly, the clamping assembly is used for clamping and fixing the steel protection pipe inserted into the positioning base, so that the steel protection pipe is kept in a vertical state when being inserted into a drill hole, meanwhile, a triangular stable structure is formed between the clamping assembly and the steel protection pipe, the stability is higher, and the drilling efficiency is improved. In the downward sliding process, the circle center of the steel protection pipe and the circle center of the drill hole are always kept on the same vertical line, and therefore the possibility that the steel protection pipe deviates from the drill hole in the embedding process is reduced.
