Method for recycling retired wind driven generator blades
The invention provides a method for recycling an out-of-service wind driven generator blade, which comprises the following steps of: a) crushing an out-of-service wind driven generator blade material and grinding to obtain fan blade powder; b) mixing the fan blade powder obtained in the step a) with a flame retardant, a fluxing agent, a curing agent, an antioxidant, a lubricant, a ceramic forming filler and a polymer, and molding to obtain a polymer-based ceramic composite material; and c) sintering the polymer-based ceramic composite material obtained in the step b) to obtain the polymer-based ceramic flame-retardant material. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the advantages that the ceramic body prepared by introducing the retired fan blade material has excellent flame retardant property and mechanical property, specifically, the retired blade material of the wind driven generator is taken as one of the main raw materials, the polymer-based ceramic flame retardant material is prepared, and'zero waste 'and'waste turning into wealth' are realized.
本发明提供了一种回收利用退役风力发电机叶片的方法,包括以下步骤:a)将退役的风力发电机叶片材料粉碎后研磨,得到风机叶片粉末;b)将步骤a)得到的风机叶片粉末与阻燃剂、助熔剂、固化剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂、成瓷填料、聚合物混合,进行成型,得到聚合物基可陶瓷化复合材料;c)将步骤b)得到的聚合物基可陶瓷化复合材料进行烧结,得到聚合物基陶瓷化阻燃材料。与现有技术相比,本发明提供的方法通过引入退役风机叶片材料制备得到的陶瓷体兼具优良阻燃性能和力学性能,具体以退役的风力发电机的叶片材料为主要原料之一,制备得到聚合物基陶瓷化阻燃材料,实现“零废”和“化废为宝”。
