The limiting device comprises a vertical connecting piece, a limiting piece and the like; the head of the vertical connecting piece penetrates through a reserved hole channel of the prefabricated ballast bed foundation structure to be inserted into a pre-buried channel of a shield tunnel segment. The middle part of the vertical connecting piece is matched with the first rubber gasket and the first fastening piece; the upper portion of the vertical connecting piece is sleeved with a limiting piece, the limiting piece is of a step structure, the outer diameter of the lower portion of the limiting piece is smaller than that of the upper portion of the limiting piece, a second reserved groove is formed in the top of the limiting piece, the lower portion of the limiting piece is inserted into the first rectangular reserved groove, and the upper portion of the limiting piece is located in a center through hole of the prefabricated plate type track structure. A second rubber gasket arranged at the tail of the vertical connecting piece in a sleeving mode is arranged in a second reserved groove in the top of the limiting piece, and the second rubber gasket is pressed through a second fastening piece matched with the vertical connecting piece.
