The embodiment of the invention provides a pavement slab and a pavement structure.The pavement slab comprises a slab body which is of a polygonal prism structure; the tenon-and-mortise structures are arranged on the side faces of the pavement slabs, so that the pavement slabs can be spliced into a slab body through the tenon-and-mortise structures, and the two corresponding side faces of every two adjacent pavement slabs are attached to each other; and the spring lock mechanism is arranged on the mortise and tenon joint structure, and the spring lock mechanism is suitable for locking or unlocking the mortise and tenon joint structure. According to the pavement slab and the pavement structure, the polygonal prism structures are arranged, and the mortise and tenon joint structures and the touch lock mechanisms are arranged on the side faces, so that a plurality of pavement slabs can be easily spliced, the corresponding side faces can be mutually attached, the overall flatness is improved, and the utilization rate of the pavement slabs is increased.
