When accumulated water in the tunnel is discharged, impurities in the drainage channel can be automatically filtered, so that the problem that the drainage channel is blocked by the impurities is avoided, the drainage performance of the tunnel is guaranteed, cables in the tunnel can be fixed in the partition plate, and the problem that the cables are abraded due to the fact that the cables shake due to wind blowing is avoided.
