The rigid cable-stayed bridge comprises a rigid cable-stayed bridge framework formed by steel longitudinal beams (1), steel bridge towers (2), steel diagonal draw bars (3), steel secondary longitudinal beams (7) and steel cross beams (8), piers (5) are poured on the surface of a ground line (12) between roadbeds (11), supports (4) are arranged at the top ends of the piers (5), and bridge abutments (6) are arranged at the contact positions of the roadbeds (11) and the steel longitudinal beams (1); steel cross beams (8) are arranged between the steel longitudinal beams (1); secondary longitudinal beams (7) are arranged in the middle of the steel cross beams (8); opening profiled steel sheets (9) are arranged on the top surfaces of the steel cross beams (8) and the steel secondary longitudinal beams (7); and a concrete bridge deck (10) is poured on the opening profiled steel sheets (9). The construction method has the beneficial effects that rapid assembly can be achieved, pushing is conducted at the same time, bridge floor bottom construction can be closed, influences on underbridge navigation rivers and passing roads are limited, the construction period is short, the construction process is simple, and component stress is definite.
