An inverted siphon water conservancy system capable of preventing silt blocking comprises an inlet section, a pipe body section and an outlet section, a sand blowing mechanism is arranged in the pipe body section and used for blowing up silt flowing through a water body to prevent the silt from settling at the bottom of the pipe body section, and a silt discharging mechanism is arranged in the outlet section and used for discharging silt flowing through the water body. The sediment discharging mechanism is used for discharging sediment introduced from the pipe body section so as to prevent the sediment from settling between the pipe body section and the outlet section; the sand blowing mechanism comprises a plurality of wedge-shaped blocks which are distributed at intervals in the length direction of the pipe body section, and the wedge surface of any wedge-shaped block is distributed towards the water flowing direction; the sand discharging mechanism comprises a box shell distributed in the length direction of the outlet section and a scraper arranged in the box shell, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the bottom of the box shell, a sand scraping scraper on the scraper extends out of the strip-shaped hole and is in small clearance fit with the bottom of the outlet section, a water wheel is further arranged on a roller shaft of the scraper, and the lower edge of the water wheel also extends out of the strip-shaped hole. The inverted siphon is used for avoiding or reducing deposition of silt in the inverted siphon.
