A first sliding groove is formed in the filtering frame, a guide rod is slidably mounted in the first sliding groove, and an extrusion rod is fixedly mounted on the guide rod. Pollutants can be fished through cooperation of the arranged fishing frame and the filter plate, and the pollutants under the fishing frame can be fished under the action of the two fishing plates, so that the situation that part of the pollutants are always located at the lower end of the fishing frame during fishing of the fishing frame is avoided; and the pollutants are salvaged, so that the situation that the irrigation efficiency is affected due to the fact that the pollutants block a water inlet notch of a farmland can be avoided.
