Waterproof structure at deformation joint and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a waterproof structure at a deformation joint and a construction method of the waterproof structure. The waterproof structure sequentially comprises a first sealant layer, a filling unit, a second sealant layer and a waterproof layer from inside to outside. Each filling unit sequentially comprises two hemp ropes and a polyethylene foam rod from inside to outside; the hemp ropes are impregnated with asphalt; the hemp rope and the polyethylene foam rod are respectively used for packaging a gap to be filled; the adjacent hemp ropes are arranged at intervals and filled with asphalt mastic, and the adjacent hemp ropes and polyethylene foam rods are arranged at intervals and filled with asphalt mastic; asphalt cement is filled between the outer side of the polyethylene foam rod and the second sealant layer; and the first sealant layer and the second sealant layer fix the filling unit in the gap. According to the waterproof structure, the hemp ropes are applied to the waterproof structure, the effect of sealing the deformation joint can be achieved through the characteristic of asphalt impregnation, and each hemp rope plays a role of a waterproof belt. The asphalt impregnated hemp rope has small deformation, is not influenced by temperature and humidity, and is cheap and easy to obtain. The waterproof advantage is realized.
一种变形缝处的防水结构及其施工方法,其中的防水结构从内到外依次包括第一密封胶层、填充单元、第二密封胶层和防水层;填充单元从内到外依次包括两条麻绳和聚乙烯泡沫棒;麻绳均被沥青浸渍;麻绳和聚乙烯泡沫棒分别封装待填补的缝隙;相邻的麻绳之间间隔布置并使用沥青胶泥填充,相邻的麻绳和聚乙烯泡沫棒之间间隔布置并使用沥青胶泥填充;聚乙烯泡沫棒的外侧与第二密封胶层之间填充有沥青胶泥;第一密封胶层和第二密封胶层将填充单元固定在缝隙中。本发明将麻绳应用到防水结构中,能利用沥青浸渍的特性起到密封变形缝的作用,每一个麻绳都起到防水带的作用。沥青浸渍麻绳变形小,不受温度湿度的影响,且便宜易获取。具有防水的优点。
