The invention discloses an offshore wind power pile foundation scouring real-time monitoring system and monitoring method. A data acquisition module, a fiber bragg grating acceleration sensor, a fiber bragg grating tilt angle sensor and a wind speed sensor of the monitoring system are installed on an offshore wind power pile. The method comprises the steps that soil parameters and pile foundation parameters are obtained and input into simulation software, wind power pile foundation response signals are output, and reference signals are selected; performing frequency domain and time domain analysis to obtain an inherent frequency-scouring depth table and a dip angle balance position-wind speed-scouring depth table; collecting pile foundation vibration acceleration data, inclination angle data and environment wind speed data; looking up a table to obtain first and second scouring depths; and error judgment is conducted, the scouring depth is determined, and continuous real-time monitoring of offshore wind power pile foundation scouring is completed. The device can continuously monitor the scouring condition of the offshore wind power pile foundation in real time, has the characteristics of high precision, high durability and real-time monitoring, and can effectively avoid accidents, thereby ensuring the safe operation of an offshore wind turbine generator.
