The invention discloses a high-efficiency evapotranspiration water collection system in the technical field of energy cyclic utilization, and the system comprises a photovoltaic power generation module which is used for supplying power to a greenhouse and can reversely transmit electric energy to an urban power grid; the control module is used for detecting humidity and soil moisture in the greenhouse and transmitting signals to the control module, and whether the evapotranspiration water circulation module and the water treatment module need to be started or closed is decided through the control module; the evapotranspiration water circulation module is used for absorbing evapotranspiration water in the greenhouse to pass through the semiconductor refrigeration surface according to a signal of the control module, so that vaporous water is condensed into liquid water and flows into the water collection container below to be stored, and the water treatment module is used for extracting the water stored in the water collection container according to the signal of the control module and filtering the water for crop irrigation. Solar energy is used as main energy, the concern of high energy consumption of the semiconductor condensation system is relieved, meanwhile, the semiconductor condensation system cannot generate pollution, evapotranspiration water can be efficiently recycled, recycling of agricultural water is achieved, and the problem of water shortage is solved.
