The invention discloses a reinforcing and repairing device for a drainage pipeline inspection well. The spray gun is rotationally mounted on the mounting plate, and the spray gun is connected with the spraying liquid conveying device through a connecting pipe; the supporting plate is mounted on the mounting plate, the supporting plate is driven by a rotating mechanism to rotate, and the supporting plate is used for temporarily supporting the reinforcing lining plate; the telescopic mechanisms are fixed to the two sides of the mounting plate correspondingly, and the telescopic mechanisms stretch out of the inspection well; and the fixing mechanism is fixed to the upper end of the telescopic mechanism, and the fixing mechanism is used for stabilizing the device on the ground.
