The invention discloses a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete) connected post-tensioned retarded-bonding co-tensioned prefabricated prestressed concrete frame structure system. The system comprises a prefabricated concrete upper column, a prefabricated concrete lower column, a post-tensioned retarded-bonding co-tensioned prefabricated prestressed concrete superposed beam, a UHPC node core area and a superposed plate. And the upper longitudinal main reinforcements, the lower longitudinal main reinforcements, the common reinforcements and the pre-tensioned prestressed reinforcements are directly anchored or bent and anchored in the UHPC node core area. The structural system is convenient and rapid in site construction, improves the component installation efficiency, can greatly reduce the anchoring length of the steel bars, greatly reduces the use amount of stirrups in a node core area, avoids crowding of the steel bars, can reduce the section height of the components, reduces the self weight, and improves the anti-cracking performance and the self-recovery performance of the components; therefore, the anti-seismic performance of the whole frame structure is improved. And meanwhile, pre-tensioning prestress can achieve less-support or support-free construction of the precast beam, the post-tensioning slow-bonding ribs have good durability and are convenient to construct, and the problem that post-tensioning bonding grouting is not dense is solved.
本发明公开了一种UHPC连接的后张缓粘结的共张预制预应力混凝土框架结构体系,包括预制混凝土上柱、预制混凝土下柱、后张缓粘结的共张预制预应力混凝土叠合梁、UHPC节点核心区和叠合板。所述上纵向主筋、下纵向主筋、普通钢筋和先张预应力筋均直接锚固或弯折锚固在UHPC节点核心区内。该结构体系不仅现场施工方便快速、提高构件安装效率,而且既能大幅度减少钢筋锚固长度,大幅减少节点核心区箍筋用量,避免钢筋拥挤,又能减小构件截面高度,减轻自重、提高构件抗裂性能和自恢复性能,从而改善整体框架结构的抗震性能。同时先张预应力可实现预制梁少支撑或免支撑施工,后张缓粘结筋具有耐久性好,施工方便,解决后张有粘结灌浆不密实的问题。
