UHPC prefabricated column and installation process thereof
The invention provides a UHPC prefabricated column which comprises a column body, a steel reinforcement framework arranged in the column body and a grouting sleeve arranged in the column body, and the steel reinforcement framework comprises a plurality of outer main reinforcements longitudinally arranged in the column body in a penetrating mode. The center of the grouting sleeve is sequentially provided with an upper inserting hole allowing an outer main reinforcement to penetrate through, a reinforcement connecting cavity communicating with the upper inserting hole, and a lower inserting hole communicating with the reinforcement connecting cavity and allowing a longitudinal reserved reinforcement to penetrate through from top to bottom. A grouting pipe with a pipe opening flush with the side wall of the column body and communicating with the rib connecting cavity and a grout overflow pipe with a pipe opening flush with the side wall of the column body and communicating with the rib connecting cavity are arranged on the side wall of the grouting sleeve. The grouting sleeves are embedded in the column body of the UHPC prefabricated column, the outer main reinforcements are inserted into the reinforcement connecting cavities, and the longitudinal reserved reinforcements are inserted into the reinforcement connecting cavities, so that after concrete slurry in the reinforcement connecting cavities is hardened, the outer main reinforcements of the prefabricated column and the longitudinal reserved reinforcements of the bearing platform can be connected together, and the connection strength between the bearing platform and the UHPC prefabricated column can be improved.
本发明提供了一种UHPC预制柱,包括柱体、设置于柱体内的钢筋骨架、设置于柱体内的灌浆套筒,钢筋骨架包括多个纵向穿设于柱体内的外主筋,灌浆套筒的中心处自上而下依次开设有供外主筋穿过的上插孔、与上插孔连通的接筋腔、与接筋腔连通且用于供纵向预留钢筋穿过的下插孔,灌浆套筒的侧壁上设置有管口与柱体侧壁平齐且与接筋腔连通的注浆管、管口与柱体侧壁平齐且与接筋腔连通的溢浆管。本UHPC预制柱的柱体内预埋有多个灌浆套筒,由于外主筋插入接筋腔中,纵向预留钢筋插入接筋腔中,则当接筋腔内的混凝土浆料硬化后,预制柱的外主筋和承台的纵向预留钢筋即可连接在一起,有利于提升承台和本UHPC预制柱之间的连接强度。
