The invention discloses an adjustable mold device applied to an arched masonry system, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The device comprises a workbench which is horizontally arranged; the lower surface of the workbench is connected with two pairs of vertically-arranged adjustable supporting seats side by side. A sliding groove is formed in the lower surface of the workbench. A containing hole is formed in the upper surface of the workbench in a penetrating mode. The containing hole is formed in one end of the sliding groove. Tough battens are inserted into the accommodating holes in a sliding manner; one end of each tough batten is rotationally connected to the upper surface of the workbench; one end of the tough batten is arranged above the other end of the sliding groove; the other end of the tough batten is rotationally connected with a sliding block; the sliding block is slidably connected into the sliding groove. An arc-shaped frame is vertically fixed to the upper surface of the workbench. The arc-shaped frame is arranged on the inner side of the tough batten; the arc-shaped frame is provided with a jacking assembly and a bearing assembly. The device is reasonable in structural design and convenient to use, a template does not need to be manufactured, and the device has high market application value.
