The invention relates to a light sound insulation wallboard and a production process thereof. The light sound insulation wallboard comprises a polystyrene foaming base material layer, the polystyrene foaming base material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95 to 120 parts of polystyrene particles, 3 to 10 parts of foaming polystyrene particles, 50 to 90 parts of high-impact polystyrene particles, 3 to 6 parts of filler, 1.4 to 4 parts of flame retardant, 5 to 10 parts of color master batch and 1 to 5 parts of stearate. According to the light sound insulation wallboard prepared by the invention, the expanded polystyrene particles are added, so that uniform foam holes are formed in the polystyrene foaming base material layer, the density of the wallboard is greatly reduced, and the sound insulation effect is good. Meanwhile, the high-impact polystyrene particles are added, so that the mechanical property of the wallboard is improved.
本发明涉及一种轻质隔音墙板及其生产工艺,包括聚苯乙烯发泡基材层;所述聚苯乙烯发泡基材层,以重量份数计,包括以下原料:聚苯乙烯颗粒95‑120份、发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒3‑10份、高抗冲聚苯乙烯颗粒50‑90份、填料3‑6份、阻燃剂1.4‑4份、色母粒5‑10份、硬脂酸盐1‑5份。本发明制备得到的轻质隔音墙板中加入的发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒使聚苯乙烯发泡基材层内部形成均匀的泡孔,大大降低了墙板的密度,且隔音效果良好。同时,加入高抗冲聚苯乙烯颗粒,提高了墙板的机械性能。
