The invention provides a plastering gypsum material for a thermal insulation layer. The plastering gypsum material is prepared from 700 to 750 parts of gypsum, 250 to 300 parts of expanded perlite, 1.0 to 1.5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 1.0 to 1.5 parts of a gypsum retarder, 0.5 to 1.0 part of cellulose ether, 8 to 12 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.2 to 0.3 part of starch ether, 0.15 to 0.25 part of an air entraining agent and 600 to 800 parts of water. The redispersible latex powder is adopted, so that the bonding performance of the material can be improved on the basis of meeting the strength and the construction performance; the starch ether is added, so that the anti-hanging performance of the plastering gypsum can be improved on the basis of meeting the basic performance, and the plastering gypsum is prevented from falling when the construction thickness is relatively large; the adopted air entraining agent can increase tiny sealed bubbles in the material, and the thermal insulation performance is improved.
本发明提供了一种保温层抹灰石膏材料,包括:石膏700‑750份、膨胀珍珠岩250‑300份,聚丙烯纤维1.0‑1.5份、石膏缓凝剂1.0‑1.5份、纤维素醚0.5‑1.0份、可再分散乳胶粉8‑12份、淀粉醚0.2‑0.3份、引气剂0.15‑0.25份、水600‑800份。本发明采用可再分散乳胶粉,在满足强度和施工性能的基础上,可以增加材料的粘结性能;添加淀粉醚,在满足基本性能的基础上,可以增加抹灰石膏的抗垂挂性能,保证抹灰石膏施工厚度较大时不坠落;采用的引气剂可增加材料内部微小密闭的气泡,提高保温性能。
