A preparation method of a low-noise bearing raceway ultra-fine oilstone comprises the following steps: adding a fixing agent into deionized water, stirring and dissolving, sequentially adding 78%-82% of a CBN abrasive and 10%-13% of beta silicon carbide into the solution, stirring, then adding 8%-12% of low-temperature high borosilicate glass powder, stirring, then adding 1%-2% of PMMA microspheres, stirring, and preparing a raw material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials, sequentially adding a reactant and a defoaming agent into the raw materials, stirring, pouring the prepared solution into a mold, standing at room temperature for more than 8 hours, solidifying to obtain a molded block, drying the molded block in a vacuum drying oven, sintering, permeating paraffin, and cutting to obtain a finished product. The prepared ultra-fine oilstone is uniform in internal structure, meanwhile, the paraffin filled in the micropores has a lubricating effect, the surface quality of a product is improved, the surface of the product is uniform, the roughness of a bearing raceway is ensured, and noise generated when a bearing rotates is reduced.
