The invention relates to a rotary movable guardrail which comprises at least one group of standard sections, and the adjacent standard sections are connected. Each standard section comprises a plurality of vertical bars, a top supporting device, a bottom supporting device and energy absorption barrels, wherein the number of the energy absorption barrels is matched with that of the vertical bars. The top supporting device is fixedly connected with the top of the vertical baffle, the bottom supporting device is fixedly connected with the bottom of the vertical baffle, and the vertical baffle is sleeved with the energy absorption barrel. When the rotary movable guardrail provided by the invention is impacted by a vehicle, the energy absorption barrel is firstly in contact with the vehicle, kinetic energy can be absorbed to the maximum extent, meanwhile, the kinetic energy can be converted into potential energy through rotation of the energy absorption barrel, and damage to the vehicle can be reduced to the minimum in the collision guiding process of the vehicle.
