Cracks of the pipe pile are reduced; one end of the cement pump is connected with the slurry conveying pipe with the floating ball at the outlet, when concrete slurry is poured, the slurry conveying pipe and the floating ball are inserted into the to-be-poured pipe pile together, the grouting pressure is adjusted through the control screen, and the cement pump is started to pour the concrete slurry into the to-be-poured pipe pile for pouring operation. The end of the slurry conveying pipe is always kept on the surface of the poured concrete slurry through buoyancy of the floating ball, the action that the slurry conveying pipe is pulled out of the concrete slurry is avoided, the probability that cavities appear in the pipe pile during pouring is reduced, and the pouring quality of the pipe pile is improved to a certain degree.
本发明公开了一种高预应力抗水混凝土管桩浇筑工艺,本发明通过硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、粗骨料、细骨料和外加剂的配合,以及采用低水化的方式制成的混凝土浆料,使其在浇注后抗水性能大大增加,在后期使用时降低混凝土管桩受潮几率,从而降低管桩出现裂缝;通过在水泥泵的一端连接出口带有浮球的输浆管,在混凝土浆料进行浇筑时,将输浆管及浮球一起插入待浇筑管桩内,通过控制屏调整注浆压力,启动水泥泵将混凝土浆料浇筑在待浇筑管桩内部进行浇筑作业,利用浮球的浮力使输浆管的端部始终保持在浇注的混凝土浆液的表面,避免了输浆管从混凝土浆液中抽出的动作,降低管桩内浇注出现空洞的几率,一定程度上提高了管桩的浇筑质量。
