The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a deep foundation pit combined supporting system eliminating influences on an existing building and a construction method of the deep foundation pit combined supporting system. The deep foundation pit is close to an existing building and comprises a first supporting structure, a second supporting structure and a third supporting structure. The first supporting structure comprises a sleeve valve pipe grouting area, a triple-pipe high-pressure jet grouting pile waterproof curtain and a plurality of rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored piles. The second supporting structure comprises a plurality of three-axis cement mixing piles; the third supporting structure comprises a plurality of concrete inner supports and a plurality of steel pipe inclined supports, the concrete inner supports and the steel pipe inclined supports are connected with the rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored piles correspondingly, and the bearing force of the rotary excavating cast-in-situ bored piles is dispersed through the concrete inner supports and the steel pipe inclined supports. Through reasonable matching of the three supporting structures, the supporting strength of the deep foundation pit supporting structure is improved while safe use of an adjacent existing building is guaranteed, and the safety risk generated to the adjacent existing building in the deep foundation pit construction process is reduced.
