According to the hollow interlayer concrete-filled steel tube electric pole foundation construction method, the annular structure is filled with the filler, the connection strength of the sleeve and the foundation is improved, and therefore the friction force between the steel tube in the hollow interlayer concrete-filled steel tube electric pole and the foundation is increased; and the bearing performance, the anti-overturning capability and the anti-uplift capability of the foundation are improved.
