The invention discloses an indoor building floor comprehensive assembly system which comprises a structural layer, a plurality of supporting grid plates are evenly arranged on the upper surface of the structural layer, floor tiles are arranged above the supporting grid plates, and the floor tiles are connected with the supporting grid plates through structural adhesives. The supporting grid plate is formed by connecting a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate in an inserted mode, the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are perpendicularly arranged, the inserted positions are fixedly connected in a welded mode, a plurality of pipe grooves are formed in the two end faces, in the width direction, of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate at equal intervals, and pipelines are arranged in the pipe grooves. Precise and efficient laying and mounting of the pipeline can be achieved, and follow-up rebuilding, maintenance and transformation are facilitated; the system belongs to an assembly type dry construction system, the construction speed is high, and construction is not affected by seasons; floor load can be reduced, and steel bar and concrete consumption of the whole building can be reduced; floor construction methods are reduced, and the clear floor height is increased; the pollution to the environment in the traditional process is avoided.
