The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a rigid waterproof concrete crack regeneration method. The rigid waterproof concrete crack regeneration method specifically comprises the following steps of repairing agent preparation, crack cleaning, slurry injection, surface leveling and filling maintenance. In the early stage of construction, an inorganic water-based permeable crystallization material of an inorganic permeable crystallization molecular crosslinking technology is adopted, and concrete is doped with a permeable crystallization mixed component according to 1%-1.5% of the weight of cement in a single square meter, so that the tensile strength is improved when the concrete is in a semi-fluid state in the pouring process; hydration heat released by the improved concrete in the curing process further promotes combination of internal infiltration crystals and concrete in a gel state, so that shrinkage stress of the concrete caused by environmental influence is resisted, and generation of a cross-linked hydrophobic crystal barrier layer is further promoted when the conditions of temperature rise and water corrosion occur in the later period; the intermolecular acting force of the concrete is reinforced and supplemented, and the possibility of cracks formed by curing is reduced.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体为一种刚性防水混凝土裂缝再生方法具体包括如下步骤:制备修复剂→清理裂缝→注入浆料→表面找平→填补养护。本发明在施工前期采用无机内渗结晶分子交联技术的无机水性渗透结晶材料,对混凝土按照单方中水泥重量的1%‑1.5%进行内渗结晶混合组分掺杂,使其在浇筑过程呈现半流体状态时抗拉强度得到提升,在固化过程中改良的混凝土释放出的水化热进一步促进内渗结晶与胶凝质状态的混凝土结合,抵抗混凝土受环境影响产生的收缩应力,并在后期出现升温与水腐蚀情况时进一步促进交联疏水晶体阻隔层的生成,对混凝土分子间作用力进行加固补充,降低固化形成裂缝的可能性。
