Colored glass fiber based asphalt shingle and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of building waterproofing, and particularly discloses a colored glass fiber tire asphalt shingle which is sequentially provided with a mineral aggregate layer, a modified asphalt layer, a tire base layer, a modified asphalt layer and a self-adhesion layer from top to bottom. The mineral aggregate layer is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 15-30 parts of basalt aggregate; 20 to 40 parts of granite granules; basalt granules and granite granules are pretreated in advance, specifically, alpha, omega-di (acetoxyl) low polyether ketone is dissolved in anisole to prepare a preimpregnation liquid, then the basalt granules and the granite granules are added into the preimpregnation liquid, finally, the pretreated basalt granules and granite granules are evenly mixed, and the mixture is subjected to heat preservation for 2-3 h to obtain the basalt granite composite material. And the treated mineral aggregates are obtained. The roof has the advantages that the contact area between the mineral particles is increased, gaps between the mineral particles are reduced, rainwater is not prone to flowing into the gaps between the mineral particles, and therefore the roof is not prone to water leakage.
