Fabricated pavement slab joint waterproof and drainage structure
The invention discloses an assembly type pavement slab joint waterproof and drainage structure which is characterized in that in two connected side edges of two adjacent assembly type pavement slabs, one side edge is of an upper concave stepped structure comprising an upper recess and a lower tenon, and the other side edge is of a lower concave stepped structure comprising a lower recess and an upper tenon; drainage grooves are formed in the upward surface of each lower tenon and the downward surface of the corresponding upper tenon in the length direction of the side edge of the corresponding fabricated pavement slab; after each upper concave step structure and the corresponding lower concave step structure are spliced, the two drainage grooves are spliced into a hollow pipe structure, and a spiral spring steel pipe is arranged; each spiral spring steel pipe is connected with a water collecting box buried underground; a macromolecular sealing material is arranged between the upper tenon and the upper recess; and sealing gaskets are arranged between the lower tenons and the lower recesses in a sticking manner. The waterproof and drainage problems of the joint position of the fabricated pavement slab are solved, the bearing capacity of the roadbed and the pavement is prevented from being reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
本发明公开了装配式路面板接缝防排水结构,在两块相邻的装配式路面板相接的两个侧边中:一个侧边为包括上部凹陷和下部凸榫的上凹阶梯结构,另一个侧边为包括下部凹陷和上部凸榫的下凹阶梯结构;每一下部凸榫朝上的一面和相应的上部凸榫朝下的一面沿相应的装配式路面板的侧边的长度方向均设有排水槽;每一上凹阶梯结构和相应的下凹阶梯结构拼接后两个排水槽拼接呈一个中空的管结构,并设置螺旋弹簧钢管;每一螺旋弹簧钢管均与埋设在地下的收水盒连接;上部凸榫与上部凹陷之间均设有高分子密封材料;下部凸榫与下部凹陷之间均通过黏贴方式设有密封垫片。本发明解决装配式路面板接缝位置的防水和排水问题,防止路基和路面承载力降低,提高使用寿命。
